Marketing Specialist – Partnerships & Business Development

About the role

Mkhmkh, a Kuwait‑based interactive trivia platform, is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to drive partnerships, collaborations, and business development initiatives. You will be responsible for building impactful relationships with brands, universities, and various industries to expand the platform’s reach and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure B2B collaborations with companies, brands, and F&B businesses.
• Design tailored partnership concepts and customized collaboration packages.
• Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and partnership materials.
• Arrange, attend, and lead partnership meetings, ensuring consistent follow‑ups.
• Expand Mkhmkh’s network by exploring new strategic partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate campus activations and participation opportunities with universities and educational institutions.
• Research and evaluate expos, events, and exhibitions suitable for Mkhmkh’s presence.
• Work closely with internal teams to execute partnership campaigns and activations.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven relationship‑building skills and a professional partnership mindset.
• Creative thinking with the capacity to develop innovative collaboration ideas.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, or account management is preferred.
• Passion for entertainment, gaming, events, and youth‑focused brands is a plus.
