Project Coordinator – Hospital & School Programs

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to lead hospital activation and school promotional programs across Kuwait. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns while managing field teams and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all project implementation activities and ensure successful execution.
• Organise field operations for promoters, representatives and supervisors.
• Arrange appointments with hospitals, healthcare institutions and network partners.
• Negotiate entry fees, approvals and operational procedures required for program rollout.
• Develop annual road‑maps and execution plans by area, representative and program.
• Present company campaigns to hospital and institutional management.
• Maintain records of fees, approvals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular progress reports to management.
• Recruit, train and supervise promoters for various programs.
• Manage distribution of promotional materials, samples and products.
• Monitor promoter performance and conduct quality‑control checks.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (professional qualification preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Kuwait market.
• Strong understanding of marketing activation and promotional program execution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Valid Kuwait driving licence and own vehicle.
