Mechanical QA/QC Engineer (Kuwait)

About the role
We are seeking a Mechanical QA/QC Engineer to lead quality inspections on an oil & gas project in Kuwait. The role involves ensuring that mechanical works such as welding, painting, HVAC and structural supports meet project specifications and industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day‑to‑day mechanical quality inspections at the site.
- Inspect welding, painting, HVAC systems and structural supports.
- Coordinate with vendors and third‑party inspection/NDT agencies.
- Verify compliance with project specifications, quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain QA/QC documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Previous experience on major oil & gas projects in Kuwait is highly preferred.
- Valid CSWIP certification (mandatory).
- Valid BGAS or NACE certification (mandatory).
