About the role
We are looking for a proactive Merchandiser to ensure our products are attractively displayed and fully stocked across retail locations. The role involves maintaining point‑of‑sale (POS) materials, monitoring competitor activity, and guaranteeing price accuracy on shelves.
Key responsibilities
- Install and refresh POS materials and promotional displays.
- Report competitor movements to the merchandising unit head.
- Inspect shelves to remove damaged or dirty packaging and return defective items to the company.
- Ensure all product sizes and packings are consistently available on shelves.
- Implement sales programs and maintain shelf arrangements according to rent agreements.
- Verify shelf pricing for accuracy.
- Accurately complete customer cards and perform price fishing when required.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks of POS materials.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma.
- 1–2 years of experience in merchandising or a related retail role.
