About the role
A Full‑Time Key Holder drives business performance through leadership while ensuring a differentiated customer experience in a multi‑million dollar store.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of associates to complete operational tasks, opening and closing routines, and store presentation.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and asset‑protection standards.
- Deliver excellent customer experience and supervise the sales floor.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a supervisor or manager.
- Strong work ethic, assertiveness, analytical mindset, and adaptability.
- Ability to multitask, handle stress, and pay attention to detail.
