About the role
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Technician who can also drive sales in our mobile shop located in Hawally, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales abilities to service customers and promote products.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile devices on‑site.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers.
- Promote and sell mobile accessories, plans, and related services.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the shop’s presentation meets standards.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering high‑quality technical service.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a mobile technician.
- Proven sales experience in a retail or mobile environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and Telugu.
- Fresh graduates are not considered; only experienced candidates.
