Multiple Engineering & Sales Roles – Immediate Hiring in Kuwait

About the role

Our client, a leading firm in Kuwait, is urgently recruiting for several full‑time positions across engineering, contracts, assets, sales and training. Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait and available to start immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Perform MEP estimation, quantity take‑off and BOQ preparation for domestic and industrial projects.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications and evaluate supplier/sub‑contractor quotations.
• Administer contracts, handle claims and apply FIDIC principles where required.
• Manage fixed‑asset tracking and control processes.
• Promote electrical products and solutions to clients, ensuring fluency in Arabic.
• Support training initiatives and deliver junior‑level learning sessions.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience for senior engineering roles; relevant experience for other positions.
• Current residency in Kuwait (no work visa sponsorship).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
