Night Shift Registered Nurse – 2nd Floor Rehab

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the 2nd Floor Rehab team on the night shift (6:30 pm – 7:00 am). The RN will deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care to patients, applying the nursing process and Baptist Health’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and clinical competence.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and adhere to department policies and organizational procedures.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure an exceptional patient experience and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain a 72‑hour bi‑weekly schedule, working the designated night shift.

Required profile

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Ability to function as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team.
• Not currently participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.

Required skills

• Healthcare CPR certification (required).
• Potential ACLS, PALS, and NALS certifications (training provided as needed).
