OCN Monitor/Escort

About the role

The OCN Monitor/Escort is responsible for escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel and contractors into work areas, monitoring them during operations, and ensuring compliance with base security procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform LN/OCN escort coverage across designated entry facilities.
• Contact LN/OCN personnel after processing, issue exchange badges, and brief on rules and procedures.
• Escort personnel until work is completed and the area is cleared by trained Force Protection staff.
• Verify that escorted individuals do not bring prohibited or contraband items onto the base.
• Maintain visual contact with all vehicles and personnel during escort duties.
• Ensure safety and welfare of self and escorted personnel, including evacuation to protective shelter if required.
• Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff promptly of unsafe working conditions.
• Enforce housekeeping practices and alert appropriate personnel to suspicious behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship.
• Valid U.S. passport (preferred) and valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to meet all current USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a residency visa in the host nation.
• Capability to work in extreme environmental conditions (dust, high temperatures) and endure long hours.
• Willingness to be 100% deployed overseas.
• Ability to obtain a NACI/Public Trust security clearance.
