About the role

The Admissions & Registration Officer supports the One Stop Center by ensuring smooth enrollment processes and providing high‑level administrative assistance to students and staff. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient university operations and delivering essential student services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assistance to guarantee efficient daily operations of the One Stop Center.
• Deliver high‑level administrative and clerical support to the department.
• Manage special projects and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Collect, prepare, and organize background documents for various university procedures.
• Guide students through the enrollment process and answer related queries.
• Collaborate with staff and enrolled students to support their academic journey.
• Handle fee payment services, transcript printing, and issuance of other essential documents.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Registrar.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
