Operations Manager – Logistics & Cleaning Services

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead daily operational activities for both logistics and cleaning service divisions in Kuwait. This hands‑on role requires strong coordination of field teams, drivers, and office staff to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and cleaning service operations, scheduling, and deployment of teams and vehicles.
• Monitor job orders, service completion, and client feedback to maintain efficiency.
• Handle urgent service requests, last‑minute changes, and operational emergencies.
• Manage manpower planning for packing, moving, loading, unloading, deep cleaning, and regular cleaning tasks.
• Visit client sites when needed to assess requirements and resolve issues.
• Track attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance of field employees.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of vehicles, equipment, tools, and cleaning materials.
• Support training for drivers, cleaners, and operational staff and enforce safety procedures.
• Assist business development activities to drive service expansion and customer retention.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of hands‑on operations management experience in logistics, packing & moving, or cleaning services.
• Proven ability to solve problems quickly under pressure.
• Valid driving license and immediate availability to join.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
• Knowledge of business development and marketing to support client handling and lead generation.
