Operations Shift Leader

About the role

Boutiqaat is looking for an Operations Shift Leader to drive smooth, efficient daily warehouse and logistics operations. You will oversee inbound, outbound, inventory, and delivery management while leading a large team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the receipt process, validate stock, close GRNs on time and ensure quality standards with the QC team.
• Lead picking, sorting and packing activities, applying FIFO principles and guaranteeing quality packaging for local and international shipments.
• Monitor order‑fulfilment KPIs, troubleshoot picking/packing issues and oversee stock movement, cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Manage expired or damaged stock, returns, reverse logistics and optimise warehouse space.
• Organise deliveries by zone, track driver performance and ensure on‑time shipments.
• Create schedules, manage attendance and develop the team through cross‑training and continuous feedback.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience leading warehouse or logistics operations, managing teams of 40+ people.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong command of ERP and WMS systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
