Process Improvement Specialist

About the role

Boutiqaat is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to streamline its e‑commerce operations, from inbound to logistics. You will use data, process mapping and analytical skills to make workflows faster, cheaper and smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Dive deep into core operations, identify gaps and reengineer workflows to cut costs and boost output.
• Drive standardisation across operational regions and create clear SOPs, policies and documentation.
• Build smarter schedules, optimise resource allocation and lead change‑management initiatives.
• Design and deliver training for new hires and existing staff, monitor KPIs and coach teams toward excellence.
• Investigate deviations, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with HR, IT, Admin and other functions to remove friction and align stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, business or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in process improvement or performance management, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus.
• Data‑driven thinker with strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, etc.).
• Experience with ERP, WMS and logistics platforms.
• Lean Six Sigma methodology.
