Operations Supervisor

About the role

Boutiquaat is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead its warehouse and logistics functions, ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, inventory, and last‑mile processes. You will be the central figure coordinating teams and cross‑functional partners to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of goods from dock to doorstep, maintaining timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train and manage a team of warehouse associates, packers and drivers, driving daily performance.
• Monitor KPIs, inventory counts and SLAs, ensuring accurate stock entry using FIFO/FEFO standards.
• Coordinate logistics to meet delivery SLAs, handle returns, exceptions and resolve fulfillment issues quickly.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits and reconcile stock movements; manage reordering, stock aging and disposal of unsellable goods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field.
• 5+ years leading warehouse or logistics operations with teams of 50+ members.
• Experience in e‑commerce or retail logistics is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
• Advanced Excel and Google Workspace skills.
