Oracle APEX Developer – 12‑Month Hybrid Role in Kuwait City

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Application Express (APEX) developer to join our team in Kuwait City on a 12‑month renewable contract. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and focuses on building and maintaining high‑performance APEX applications for our business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Oracle APEX applications according to functional specifications.
• Write and maintain PL/SQL code including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Integrate front‑end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax and jQuery to enhance user experience.
• Consume and expose REST APIs, handle JSON data and web services.
• Optimize SQL queries and perform performance tuning on Oracle Database 19c/23ai.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle APEX development.
• Fluent Arabic communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
