Order Processor (Magento & SAP)

About the role

The Order Processor ensures smooth flow of e‑commerce orders from placement to fulfillment, coordinating between the Magento platform, SAP system and the picking team. The role is critical for maintaining accurate inventory, meeting daily KPIs and supporting partner marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Magento backend during shifts, print new order slips and hand them to the picking team.
• Track item collection progress to meet daily KPIs.
• Enter and synchronize Magento orders into SAP, updating inventory and financial records.
• Manage third‑party marketplace orders (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo) and act as the main contact for order discrepancies.
• Process customer refund requests, generate credit memos in Magento and SAP, and ensure inventory and accounts remain balanced.
• Investigate missing or returned items and resolve discrepancies in the system.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Magento e‑commerce platform and SAP ERP is highly preferred.
• High attention to detail to avoid data‑entry errors that could affect inventory or finance.
• Ability to follow a strict workflow: print → handover → SAP entry → completion.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong plus for local communication.
