Outdoor Sales Representative – Foodservice Equipment

About the role

The Outdoor Sales Representative – Foodservice Equipment will drive sustainable revenue growth by managing field‑based sales activities across the HORECA, hospitality and commercial sectors. You will combine technical knowledge with commercial acumen to deliver complete kitchen equipment solutions from concept through installation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, consultants, contractors, procurement teams and F&B operators.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA, hospitality and commercial markets.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and technical presentations to assess project requirements.
• Review BOQs, tender documents and technical drawings to ensure full scope understanding.
• Coordinate with estimation, design and procurement teams to prepare accurate, competitive quotations.
• Promote and present commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment solutions aligned with project specifications.
• Lead commercial negotiations in line with pricing strategy and margin objectives.
• Close sales agreements, secure project awards and monitor execution through installation, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Follow up on invoicing and payment collection to achieve financial closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while nurturing long‑term strategic customer relationships.

Required profile

• 3–5 years proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage complex projects.
