Outdoor Sales Representative – Foodservice & HORECA

About the role

The Outdoor Sales Representative will promote Foodvera’s food and non‑food portfolio to restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering firms and retail outlets across Kuwait. You will work both in the field and from the office to generate new business and deepen existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in the HORECA, retail, wholesale and foodservice sectors.
• Visit existing accounts daily to present product ranges, negotiate terms and collect orders.
• Prepare accurate quotations, follow up on leads and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer information in the CRM system and submit daily visit reports.
• Track customer payments and ensure accounts remain in good standing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in foodservice, HORECA, FMCG or food distribution.
• Established network of contacts within the Kuwait market is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence (preferred) and fluency in English (Arabic an advantage).
