Partnership Development Executive

About the role

The Partnership Development Executive will drive the identification, creation, and management of strategic partnerships that enhance our brand visibility, revenue, and overall business growth. This role focuses on cultivating long‑term relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership and sponsorship opportunities aligned with company strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long‑term collaboration and satisfaction.
• Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and negotiation plans.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, meeting commercial and operational objectives.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance, and legal teams to execute partnership initiatives.
• Monitor partnership performance, produce reports, and recommend improvements.
• Represent the company at meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of partners, prospects, and activities; update the CRM system accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sponsorships, or sales.
• Experience negotiating agreements and managing corporate relationships is preferred.
