People and Culture Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and driven People & Culture Manager to lead the human capital function across the organization. This pivotal role will shape a high‑performance culture by designing and implementing comprehensive people strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the executive team to define and drive the company’s OKR framework, ensuring alignment across business units.
• Design and evolve the organizational structure to support scalability, operational efficiency, and growth.
• Develop workforce planning strategies that anticipate future talent needs.
• Oversee end‑to‑end talent acquisition, including sourcing, interview frameworks, employer branding, and onboarding.
• Build and manage a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring across all departments.
• Design and manage compensation architecture, salary scales, and pay bands; benchmark against industry standards.
• Oversee benefits programs and recommend enhancements aligned with employee needs and budget.
• Develop a company‑wide performance management framework, including department‑specific KPIs, review cycles, and feedback mechanisms.
• Champion a positive, inclusive, high‑performance culture through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications.
• Manage HR operations, policies, compliance with labor laws, and HR systems to improve efficiency and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
