Pest Controller Lead – Kuwait

About the role

The Pest Controller Lead will be based in Kuwait supporting LOGCAP V AOR. This role supervises pest‑control operations across residential, commercial and industrial sites, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and oversee work performed by Pest Controllers.
• Ensure all safety practices are followed on‑site.
• Operate and maintain industry‑specific pest‑management equipment.
• Coordinate inspections and work schedules with facility managers and occupants.
• Research materials, prepare required documentation, and maintain records.
• Respond to emergency service calls during regular and on‑call hours.
• Maintain compliance with laws governing controlled and non‑controlled pesticides and herbicides.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid DoD or State Pesticide Applicator License.
• Minimum two years experience in pest control.
• Ability to communicate technical information in English, both written and verbal.
• Capable of working in extreme desert temperatures up to 130 °F.
• Physical ability to perform light work, occasionally exerting up to 20 lb.

Required skills

• Pesticide Applicator License.
• Use of computer‑automated systems for reporting and scheduling.
