Pest Controller (Lead)

About the role

The Lead Pest Controller will be based in Kuwait, providing pest management services for residential, commercial and industrial sites supporting the WEXMAC program. Reporting to the Pest Management Supervisor, the role involves overseeing a team of pest controllers, ensuring safety compliance, and responding to emergency service calls.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and supervise daily tasks for pest controllers.
• Ensure all safety practices are followed during operations.
• Perform pest management services across residential, commercial and industrial facilities.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment required for WEXMAC operations.
• Stay current with laws governing controlled and non‑controlled pesticides and herbicides.
• Coordinate inspections and work schedules with facility managers and occupants.
• Research pest control materials and prepare necessary documentation.
• Respond to emergency service calls during regular and on‑call hours.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Common Access Card (CAC).
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum two years of experience in pest control.
• Valid DoD or state pesticide applicator license.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively in English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer‑automated systems for task management.
