About the role

e-Portal is seeking a Presales Specialist to provide technical expertise and support to the sales team. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and design solutions that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
  • Deliver solution presentations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical demonstrations.
  • Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals.
  • Lead and mentor pre‑sales engineers while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in the IT field, business development, or a related area.
  • Strong communication and sales acumen.
  • Leadership abilities to guide a team of pre‑sales engineers.
