Product Development Coordinator

About the role

The Product Development Coordinator supports the operational side of turning beauty ideas into market‑ready products. Working closely with internal teams, vendors, and celebrity partners, you will help move concepts from design to shelf efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in gathering market insights, competitor research, and customer feedback for new product ideas.
• Coordinate meetings and communication between internal teams on celebrity‑driven concepts.
• Create and process purchase orders, track shipments, stock levels, and product availability.
• Liaise with product development and vendor management to gather information for briefs and timelines.
• Support supplier documentation review for quality and pricing compliance.
• Facilitate communication with manufacturers, track updates, and manage queries.
• Coordinate production schedules and follow up with vendors to meet timelines.
• Arrange product samples and support basic quality checks.
• Maintain organized records of specifications, purchase orders, shipments, and vendor communications.
• Prepare weekly and monthly updates on development progress and shipment tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or product development.
• Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong coordination, organization, and follow‑up abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
