Product Repair & Modifications Technician

About the role

The Boeing Company is seeking a Product Repair & Modifications Technician to join the C‑17 Globemaster III Integrated Sustainment Program at Al‑Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait. The role supports both flight‑line and back‑shop maintenance for Kuwait Air Force C‑17 aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Perform flight‑line tasks such as aircraft servicing, inspections, fault diagnosis, and component replacement.
• Execute intermediate‑level maintenance including component repair, test set operation, battery charging, and scheduled inspections.
• Lead assembly, disassembly, and modification of aerospace systems, ensuring proper configuration and bench testing.
• Direct troubleshooting of complex pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems and oversee validation testing.
• Document procedures, repairs, test results, and inspections to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of C‑17 maintenance experience.
• Ability to work one of two shifts, Sunday through Thursday, with weekends/holidays as needed.
• U.S. citizenship required to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to meet cultural requirements and pass Kuwait labor and immigration formalities.
