Product Specialist / Territory Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

Lilly is seeking a motivated Product Specialist or Territory Manager to join its pharmaceutical sales team in Kuwait. This field‑based position focuses on building strong relationships with General Practitioners, Specialists, and Pharmacies to promote Lilly’s products and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals to understand their needs and present Lilly’s therapeutic solutions.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans that align with business objectives.
• Analyze market, payer, and patient data to identify growth opportunities.
• Organize and attend educational meetings, especially within the diabetes therapeutic area.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure optimal customer experience.

Required profile

• Pharmacy degree (mandatory).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in diabetes.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
