Production Engineer

About the role

Join United Beverage Company as a Production Engineer in the fast‑paced FMCG sector in Kuwait. You will oversee production processes, ensure safety and quality standards, and work closely with Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production line operations to maintain optimal efficiency and resolve operational issues.
• Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical problems to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Procurement for inventory control, procurement, and material requirement planning.
• Implement and oversee regular calibration of critical equipment such as temperature sensors, pressure gauges, and flow meters.
• Analyse current processes and drive improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in production management within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong analytical ability to assess processes and identify improvement areas.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a production environment.
