Production Operator – Paint Manufacturing

About the role

We are urgently hiring a Production Operator for a multinational paint manufacturing company in Kuwait. The role involves handling raw materials, operating production equipment, and ensuring the quality of finished paint products on a fast‑paced production line.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and prepare them according to batch cards.
• Charge raw materials into tanks and operate various production machinery.
• Coordinate with quality control to make final paint adjustments.
• Fill approved paint products and manage inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety procedures.

Required profile

• High school graduate (12th grade) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a paint factory or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Certified Fire Fighter and First Aider is a plus.
• Valid forklift driving certification.
