Project Control Engineer – Oil & Gas Construction

About the role

ASMACS is seeking an experienced Project Control Engineer to join a reputable oil & gas construction company in Kuwait. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, cost control and risk management for large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, track cost performance and implement earned value management.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and changes.
• Produce regular progress reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in oil & gas construction projects.
• Proven expertise in project scheduling, cost control and risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
