Project Manager and Site Engineer

About the role
We are seeking a qualified professional to serve as both Project Manager and Site Engineer, focusing on finishing works and coordination with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities. The successful candidate will be based in Al‑Rai, Kuwait, and must be ready to join immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution.
- Oversee site activities, ensuring quality of finishing works.
- Coordinate closely with MEP teams to align schedules and technical requirements.
- Monitor progress, control budgets, and report status to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in project management and site engineering within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of finishing works and MEP coordination.
- Currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable visa (type #18).
- Available for immediate start and able to work full‑time on‑site.
