QC Officer / Food Scientist – Food Safety & Quality

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven QC Officer / Food Scientist to lead food safety compliance and product quality across our operations in Kuwait. You will ensure that every ingredient and finished product meets both local regulatory requirements and international standards, from raw material receipt to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of production areas, storage facilities, and staff hygiene to guarantee strict compliance.
• Perform and supervise physical, chemical, and microbiological testing on raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage shelf‑life testing programs and retention sampling to verify product stability.
• Interpret regulatory guidelines and implement corrective actions when deviations are identified.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in food safety, quality assurance, or related scientific fields.
• Familiarity with local Kuwaiti regulations and international food standards.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections and communicate findings clearly.
