Quality Management System (QMS) Auditor

About the role

The Quality Management System (QMS) Auditor ensures that the company’s quality management system complies with ISO 9001 and internal policies. By conducting regular internal audits across warehouses, factories and field installation teams, the auditor supports risk reduction, operational improvement and maintenance of quality certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute periodic internal audits of manufacturing, logistics and field installation operations.
• Perform on‑site supplier audits for finishing and furnishing installations.
• Identify non‑conformities, risks and improvement opportunities, and prepare clear audit reports.
• Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and verify their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with process owners to drive continuous improvement and best practices.
• Assist in preparation for external audits and certification processes.
• Maintain accurate audit records and documentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in internal auditing, quality management or operational auditing within manufacturing, after‑sales or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Technology or Business Administration.
• Internal Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, risk‑based thinking and relevant industry regulations.

• SAP system proficiency.
• Audit reporting tools and computer applications.
