Receptionist – Medical Clinic

About the role
We are a leading cosmetic clinic in Kuwait, offering dermatology, plastic surgery, and laser treatments. We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front‑desk experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic.
- Book, confirm, and manage patient appointments according to clinic guidelines.
- Answer patient inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
- Communicate effectively with staff members and support doctors when required.
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally.
- Make marketing and follow‑up calls as directed.
- Perform basic computer tasks and maintain organized records.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a medical clinic setting.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree qualification.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Arabic speaking preferred.
