Registered Nurse – Up to $42.40/hr in Detroit

About the role

Join an award‑winning senior care team in Detroit as a Registered Nurse. You will provide specialized nursing care across multiple clinical areas while working with the latest technology and a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tube management, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and educate patients and families on treatment changes.
• Deliver preventative and supportive care focused on patients' physiological and psychosocial well‑being.
• Promote a hospitality‑focused environment with excellent customer service for patients, families, and visitors.
• Supervise and mentor the Nurse Aide team, assigning tasks, providing training, and participating in performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Current RN license in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher degree in nursing.
• Strong analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans and solve complex patient‑care problems.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and a collaborative team mindset.
