Regulatory Reporting Officer – Kuwait Branch

About the role

The Regulatory Reporting Officer will support the Finance Manager in ensuring that the Kuwait branch complies with all regulatory reporting obligations set by the Central Bank of Kuwait. This position involves preparing and submitting accurate reports, coordinating with internal teams and external regulators, and helping implement new reporting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Verify balance‑sheet calculations and related tables for submission to the Central Bank of Kuwait.
• Prepare and submit all required Arabic regulatory reports on time.
• Assist in selecting, implementing, and interfacing regulatory reporting tools with core banking applications.
• Support the rollout of new Central Bank of Kuwait reporting requirements and related policies.
• Monitor internal controls to mitigate non‑compliance risks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely statutory and regulatory filings.
• Ensure high data integrity and adherence to reporting deadlines.
• Gather and submit Basel III data (CAR, LCR, NSFR, LR, DSIB) as required.
• Liaise with the Central Bank to clarify and validate financial data.
• Work with IT to develop and improve reporting solutions.
• Reconcile and submit cash/credit classification reports within prescribed timeframes.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Banking, Finance or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in regulatory reporting within the banking sector.
