Relationship Manager – Global Network Banking (Kuwaiti National)

About the role

HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking is seeking an ambitious Kuwaiti national to join its Global Network Banking team in Kuwait. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international corporate customers, driving revenue growth and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Client coverage & growth: Own and manage a defined portfolio of 40+ multinational corporation subsidiaries, build long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, and achieve revenue, new‑to‑bank acquisition, lending growth and wallet‑share targets.
• Origination & solution delivery: Identify client needs and partner with product specialists to deliver appropriate solutions such as lending, cash management, trade, FX and other HSBC capabilities.
• Credit, risk & controls: Proactively manage credit risk, conduct credit reviews, handle due‑diligence and KYC activities, monitor financial‑crime risk and ensure compliance with operational risk standards.

Required profile

• Kuwaiti national.
• Ambitious individual with experience in corporate banking relationship management.
• Strong understanding of multinational subsidiary operations in Kuwait.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio and meet revenue and risk targets.
