Restaurant Branch Manager

About the role

An experienced and dynamic Branch Manager is sought to lead the operations of a restaurant branch in Kuwait. The position is full time and based in Salmiya.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor sales, food cost, labor cost, wastage and overall branch profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company SOPs.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance and discipline.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Drive sales and implement initiatives to improve branch performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, product quality and presentation.
• Prepare and monitor branch KPIs and operational reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant/Branch Manager.
• Strong experience in F&B / restaurant operations in Kuwait or the GCC.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; Lebanese candidates and those currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
