About the role
SWISH Group is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead one of its dining venues in Kuwait City. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Manage, coach, and schedule front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
- Maintain consistent food and service quality in line with brand standards.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Currently residing in Kuwait.
- At least 1 year of experience in restaurant management.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices.
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
