About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our restaurant team in Salmiya. Opportunities are available across a wide range of functions, from kitchen and culinary positions to front‑of‑house, delivery, and marketing roles.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook diverse cuisines including Mughlai, Punjabi, Tandoori, Chinese, Arabic, Pakistani, South Indian, and bakery items.
• Assist senior chefs, manage grill stations, and produce parathas, snacks, and fast‑food items.
• Serve guests as waiters, captains, or cashiers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle restaurant logistics, including driving deliveries and maintaining inventory.
• Support digital presence through social media marketing and assist sales and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Prior experience in the relevant culinary or service area is preferred.
• Ability to work full‑time or part‑time according to shift requirements.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Mughlai, Punjabi, Tandoori, Chinese, Arabic, Pakistani, South Indian cooking techniques.
• Grill operation and paratha making.
• Bakery and Indian sweets preparation.
• Digital marketing and social media management.
• Sales and customer service abilities.
