Retail Manager (Store Based) - SKIMS

About the role

Al Tayer Insignia, a luxury retail group with stores and outlets across the GCC, is hiring a store-based Retail Manager for SKIMS in Kuwait. The manager leads and oversees store operations, ensures an exceptional customer experience, helps the store overachieve its targets and builds a high-performance team aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets through effective leadership and operational efficiency
• Monitor and analyse store performance metrics and implement strategies and action plans
• Ensure an industry-leading service culture and stay informed on market trends, product categories, customer preferences and competitors
• Prepare sales analyses and reports on performance, trends, competitors and customer behaviour
• Track sales against forecasts and use insights to grow sales and maximise profitability
• Manage a 360 P&L, protecting profit and managing cost lines
• Recruit, train and retain a high-performing team
• Oversee stock management across the brand, guide the team to optimal stock levels and minimise loss
• Work with the visual merchandising team to maintain brand standards
• Plan and run sales promotions and marketing initiatives, and enforce store operations policies

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• 5-7 years of experience successfully managing fast-paced, large-format or multiple profitable retail stores
