Safety Supervisor – Urgent Requirement

About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Safety Supervisor for an urgent vacancy on the KNPC Maintenance Project in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The role involves overseeing safety compliance throughout the maintenance activities and delivering effective safety training to the workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for site personnel.
- Enforce safety regulations and monitor adherence to KNPC safety requirements.
- Ensure overall safety compliance across all maintenance activities.
- Identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate safety records and reports.
Required profile
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years in Kuwait.
- Proven experience in maintenance work involving similar types of buildings and facilities.
- Excellent command of English – reading, writing and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with project teams.
Required skills
- Valid safety training certifications.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
