About the role
The Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting sales growth in the Toys "R" Us store at Aventura Mall.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Greet customers warmly, provide product information and upsell where appropriate.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Handle cash‑wrap transactions accurately, promote gift cards and capture customer data.
- Thank customers sincerely and encourage repeat visits.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong verbal communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
