Retail Salesman – Hypermarket

About the role

2coms is hiring Retail Salesmen for leading hypermarkets and retail stores in the UAE and Kuwait. The post holder is responsible for customer service, sales, product display, merchandising and stock management. The position is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries and explain product features, prices and promotions.
• Maintain product displays, shelves and store cleanliness.
• Ensure products are properly stocked, labelled and arranged.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged products.
• Support promotional activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and follow company safety, hygiene and store policies.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in retail, hypermarket, supermarket or FMCG sales.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and in shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance and willingness to learn.
• Candidates from Siliguri and Meghalaya are highly preferred; others from Northeast India are welcome.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of merchandising and stock management.

• Salary of 100-150 KD (31,000-46,000 INR) per month, plus food and accommodation.
