Sales Associate

About the role

Al‑Tuhoo General Trading & Contracting Co. is seeking a full‑time Sales Associate to work on‑site in Shuwaikh. You will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in the company’s construction‑material portfolio, helping them find the right products and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their requirements and recommend appropriate construction materials and related products.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and support showroom merchandising and display activities.
• Resolve customer issues, keep accurate sales records and follow up on inquiries.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets while upholding company standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and sales abilities, with a talent for building rapport and closing sales.
• Basic business and administrative skills, including order processing, record keeping and handling quotations/invoices.
• Clear spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Quick learner with the capacity to acquire knowledge of construction materials, brands and tea products.
• Organised, reliable on‑site worker who can collaborate effectively with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Prior retail or B2B sales experience, preferably in construction materials or related sectors.
• High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in business, marketing or a related field is advantageous.
