Sales Associate

About the role

Everlast Jewelry is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused female Sales Associate to join its growing team in Al Kuwait. The role combines retail sales, customer service, store operations, inventory support, hands‑on jewelry customization, and participation in pop‑ups and events.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experiences and personalized product recommendations.
• Drive sales and meet individual and company targets.
• Handle POS transactions and manage customer communications, including WhatsApp inquiries.
• Support inventory management, stock organization, replenishment and basic merchandising.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across collections, promotions and customization options.
• Perform hands‑on jewelry customization after training.
• Assist with pop‑ups, events and other retail activities as required.

Required profile

• Female candidate residing in Kuwait.
• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Confident, professional communication style and positive attitude.
• Reliable, responsible, initiative‑taking and flexible to work in store and at events.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
• Email handling, tablet and WhatsApp usage.
• Stockroom and inventory management: receiving goods, stock organization, inventory counts.
• Basic merchandising.
• Good organization and time‑management.
