About the role

The Sales Associate represents the brand and drives store sales through exceptional customer service and a strong retail experience. The role involves maintaining store standards, handling transactions, and supporting the loyalty program.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers, assist them in product selection, convert window shoppers, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
Arrange stock and visual displays according to layout norms, follow VM guidelines, and record inventory movements.
Operate the POS system, process cash, card, voucher payments, issue receipts, and manage cash till balances.
Maintain store security, adhere to loss‑prevention policies, and keep sales figures confidential.

Required profile

Well‑groomed, presentable and knowledgeable about the brand’s product range.
Flexible to work extended hours, varied shifts and overtime during sales periods.
Accurate in handling cash, inventory records and POS transactions.
Committed to following SOPs, loss‑prevention measures and confidentiality requirements.
