Sales Consultant – Office Equipment Division

About the role

The Sales Consultant will drive growth of the production print and wide‑format printer/plotter business in the assigned territory, working closely with the Sales Manager and General Manager to meet volume, revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute core sales strategies, manage forecasts and plans, and ensure accurate revenue projections.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing sales team through hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, resolve escalated service issues and manage the assigned account list.
• Monitor sales activities via CRM, evaluate team productivity and implement actions to improve performance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven sales experience in office equipment, copier, production print or wide‑format printer/plotter industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop sales professionals with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong commercial acumen, accurate forecasting skills and experience managing sales operations in a high‑growth environment.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
