Sales Coordinator cum Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional with over two years of experience to manage both sales coordination and accounting functions, ensuring smooth business operations and financial accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day business operations and administrative tasks.
• Handle petty cash, prepare daily and monthly financial reports for management.
• Maintain product stock records, monitor inventory levels and communicate updates to staff.
• Calculate product costing, allocate margins and analyse project‑wise profit and loss statements.
• Prepare profit‑sharing calculations for business partners and report updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements to support financial stability.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and supplier advance payment reporting.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes and coordinate document submissions.
• Record sales, purchase and payment transactions accurately in Tally ERP and Vyapar.
• Coordinate with clients via email, providing prompt business information.
• Update sales reports for management and ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor supplier payments and communicate status to management.
• Assist in preparing tender and bid documentation for ministries and major clients.
• Prepare cheques and process payment requests efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, accounting or business operations.
• Strong understanding of cash flow, working capital and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in handling AR, AP and supplier payments.
• Excellent communication skills for client and internal coordination.
