Sales Executive – Business Development (Female)

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive business growth for a digital marketing agency by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the team in delivering tailored solutions. This full‑time position requires a proactive, results‑oriented professional who can meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business‑development strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify, approach and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners through door‑to‑door visits, cold calling and networking.
• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and convert leads into long‑term clients.
• Arrange meetings between prospects and the technical team and support proposal preparation.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and customer needs.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client goals and project execution.
• Track and analyse sales performance metrics to optimise strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
• Occasionally appear as a model for sales promotions and creative content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven business‑development or sales experience, preferably in a digital‑marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising and web development.
• Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and resilient with a results‑driven mindset.
• Arabic proficiency is mandatory; a driving licence is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
