Sales Executive – Kuwait City

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our luxury retail store in Kuwait City. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an authentic, high‑end shopping experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain deep product knowledge, communicate features and care instructions, and represent the brand’s values.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, handle cash, and support opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and correct product placement according to brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts, report stock discrepancies, and help prevent loss or damage.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to achieve sales targets and attend training sessions.
• Follow security, health & safety, and loss‑prevention policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred; luxury retail experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
